✦︎ Is this an Ivantill only event?
No. While this event features Ivan, Till & R6, it is a general Alien Stage event and open to all characters and ship dynamics.✦︎ Is this an official event?
No. This event is fan-run and is not affiliated with the official series. It is strictly non-profit and just for fun !E V E N T ✿
✦︎ Do I need a ticket to attend the event?
Yes, we have reached capacity and all tickets are now sold out. We will not be accepting any walk-ins or waitlist for the day of the event.✦︎ How do I check in and get my merch?
For check in, please have your name & email or your order confirmation ready. We have a list of all attendees which we will be checking at the table right outside the event room.
For merch, please have this same information and go to the event merch table inside the room towards the back.✦︎ Do I have to be at the event the whole time?
No. The event is only scheduled for 2.5 hours, but you are free to leave and re-enter after receiving your badge.✦︎ Is there a dress code? Can I cosplay?
You can come in either normie clothes or in cosplay! We will have featured cosplayers on staff who will be identifiable by their STAFF ID badges, but we would also love to see you cosplay those same ALNST characters.✦︎ What is the photo/video policy?
Just ask! Our cosplay staff members expect to take photos with guests and to have their performances recorded. We have no restrictions for taking photos of yourself/the venue displays.✦︎ Will there be food/drink available for purchase on-site?
No. Drinks are be available by preordering via premium ticket purchase only. We will not have food or drinks for sale at the event, but there will be free water available at the drinks table. Due to safety concerns, please do not bring outside food.✦︎ Is the venue accessible?
Yes, we are on the first floor and the venue is wheelchair accessible. Please visit this page for additional information.✦︎ Are minors allowed to attend this event?
Yes, but anyone under 18 must register for tickets together with an adult (18+) who will accompany them to the event. Both parties need to have their own ticket. Also, please note that due to the nature of Alien Stage, mature subjects and dark themes may be referenced during the event.S H O P ✿
✦︎ Will there be a mail order for merch if I can't attend?
Yes. We offer both pickup & shipping options through the event shop. We can ship internationally to most countries, except to the EU and UK due to new tax/customs laws.✦︎ Will there be leftover sales?
No. Individual artists may sell their items separately after the event, but we will not re-open for any sales after the preorder is closed.✦︎ Can I buy merch on the day of the event?
Yes.
